We perform a wide range of product lifecycle services from customization, NFF screening, staging, imaging, re-build, swap, good spare parts harvesting, product recycling, local kitting and more. When defective components are identified, our in-house engineers provide the best cost-effective solution. Either they re-work products and transfer them back into the inventory or perform legally compliant and secure destruction and recycling.
Our ISO certified repair hub is the only Level 3 / Level 4 Repair and Refurbishment Depot in the MEA region that is strategically located in a customs-bonded facility in Dubai to save costs on duties and taxes when performing product lifecycle management.
All these services are managed through our proprietary software platform PRODIGY to provide real-time visibility on the process and monitor KPIs and SLAs.
